Fill Your World With Good

Sticker Contest

How Can Your Community Get Involved?

  • Connect local youth to statewide sticker contest: Promote the statewide sticker contest to youth in your community.
    1. Send promotional materials out to your network and promote with youth-serving organizations and schools within your community.
    2. Engage youth in the sticker contest at events. Youth can create and submit their designs on the spot using the event submission cards.
    3. Directly involve the youth you work with in promoting the sticker contest. This could look like youth promoting the contest during homeroom or free period, putting the contest information on digital displays at school, an art teacher assigning the sticker contest as extra credit, setting up a booth at lunch to promote the contest, local librarians using the sticker contest as a teen engagement activity, etc.
  • Create a community micro sticker contest: Launch a sticker contest for your community that will operate parallel to (and in support of) the statewide contest.
    1. The contest could be between rival high schools, classrooms within a school, different youth-serving organizations or after school programs, etc.
    2. An established teen council could support the development of a micro contest in their school or community.
    3. The timeline for micro contests are flexible and can be based on community needs.
